Do You Ship Internationally?

We primarily serve customers in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. These regions benefit from stable logistics and clear customs policies. Orders exceeding $60 qualify for free shipping, with most deliveries reaching customers without additional import taxes. For other destinations, applicable import duties (which may be collected upon delivery) will be determined by local customs regulations, along with a flat $12 shipping fee.

Do the product prices on our website include customs duties?

The product prices on our website do not include customs duties. However, we ship through logistics channels that include taxes whenever possible to ensure that most areas in Europe and North America can receive tax-free packages. However, we cannot guarantee that all locations can use tax-included logistics. If you refuse to accept the package due to customs duties, any resulting losses will be borne by the customer and we will not issue a refund.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Here’s our estimated delivery timeline:

  • Europe & the Americas: 12-20 days (most arrive in 12-15 days)

  • Southeast Asia & the Middle East: 6-15 days

  • Other Regions: 10-20 days (depending on customs clearance)

Once registered, you can handpick your favorite Chinese gifts and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, just provide your shipping details and complete the payment via PayPal. After that, relax—we’ll handle everything from shipping your items to delivering them right to your doorstep.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Unpaid Orders: Can be canceled anytime before payment processing

  • Paid but Unshipped Orders:

    • Contact us at admin0002@chinasouvenirs.com using the email address registered with your Chinasouvenirs account

    • A 7% payment processing fee will be deducted by the payment platform

    • 93% of the payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled once the order has been dispatched

How Can I Return a Product?
